This policy outlines the terms, conditions, and responsible usage guidelines related to Wi-Fi and internet access within the property. All residents are expected to use internet services responsibly, ethically, and in compliance with applicable laws and community standards.
1. Internet Service Overview
Wi-Fi services at Ashray Living are provided through authorized third-party internet service providers engaged by management.
Internet connectivity is offered as a shared facility for resident convenience and may vary depending on network traffic, device usage, service provider operations, and technical or maintenance issues.
While management makes reasonable efforts to maintain smooth connectivity, uninterrupted speed or uptime cannot be guaranteed at all times.
2. Device Usage Limit
- —To ensure fair usage and balanced bandwidth distribution among all residents, each resident may register only the permitted number of devices as decided by management.
- —Additional devices may require prior approval or may be restricted.
- —Residents are requested to disconnect inactive devices when not in use.
3. Acceptable Internet Usage
Residents may use the internet facility for academic and educational purposes, office or professional work, general browsing and communication, and entertainment within reasonable usage limits.

4. Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited while using the Ashray Living internet network:

Ashray Living reserves the right to:

- —Disconnect unauthorized devices or suspicious activity

Residents are responsible for:

Ashray Living shall not be responsible for:

- —Residents are advised to practice safe and responsible internet habits at all times.
7. Network Maintenance & Downtime
Internet services may occasionally experience interruptions due to scheduled maintenance, technical faults, power outages, service provider downtime, or network upgrades.
Management will make reasonable efforts to restore services promptly but cannot guarantee uninterrupted connectivity at all times.
8. Illegal & Misuse Liability
Residents shall remain solely responsible for all online activities conducted using their registered devices or credentials.
- —Any illegal, abusive, or unauthorized internet activity may result in: suspension of internet privileges, financial penalties, termination of residency, or legal action wherever applicable.
9. Common Area Wi-Fi Usage
- —Residents using Wi-Fi in common areas are expected to maintain appropriate conduct, avoid disturbing others, and use shared bandwidth responsibly.
- —Streaming or activities causing excessive network congestion in common spaces may be restricted if required.
10. Management Rights
Ashray Living reserves the right to:

- —Change bandwidth allocation or operational limits
- —Restrict or suspend access in case of misuse
- —Conduct technical inspections and security monitoring
