Purpose
To ensure a safe, comfortable, and well-managed stay experience for parents and guardians visiting residents at Ashray Living.
1. Eligibility
- —Guest room bookings are permitted only for parents, legal guardians, or immediate family members of registered residents.
- —Guests must be associated with an existing resident staying at the property.
2. Booking Procedure
- —Advance booking is mandatory.
- —Booking requests should be submitted at least 24–48 hours prior to check-in.
- —Bookings are subject to room availability.
- —Confirmation will only be considered valid after approval from the management team.
3. Check-In Requirements
All guests must provide:
- —Government-issued photo ID (Aadhaar Card, Passport, Driving License, Voter ID, etc.)
- —Resident details and room number
- —Contact number
For international guests:
- —Passport and valid visa details are mandatory.
4. Check-In & Check-Out Timings
- —Standard Check-In Time: 12:00 PM
- —Standard Check-Out Time: 10:00 AM
- —Early check-in or late check-out may be allowed subject to availability and additional charges.
5. Guest Stay Charges
- —Guest room tariffs will be charged as per prevailing rates.
- —Additional bedding or occupancy beyond approved capacity may attract extra charges.
- —All payments must be cleared before or during check-in.
6. Duration of Stay
- —Maximum stay duration is generally limited to 2 consecutive nights, unless approved by management.
- —Long-duration stays may require special approval.
7. Visitor Conduct & House Rules
Guests are expected to:
- —Maintain decorum and respect hostel/community rules.
- —Avoid disturbance to other residents.
- —Follow security, dining, and common area guidelines.
- —Refrain from smoking, alcohol consumption, or any prohibited activity inside the premises.
8. Security & Liability
- —Management reserves the right to deny accommodation in case of incomplete documentation, misconduct, or security concerns.
- —Guests are responsible for their personal belongings.
- —Any damage caused to property will be chargeable to the resident/guest.
9. Dining & Facility Access
- —Dining access may be provided as per applicable meal plans or additional charges.
- —Access to recreational/common facilities will be governed by property rules.
10. Management Rights
Management reserves the right to:
- —Modify the guest policy at any time.
- —Refuse or cancel bookings in exceptional circumstances.
- —Take disciplinary action in case of policy violations.
