2. Cleanliness & Hygiene
Residents are expected to maintain proper cleanliness inside their rooms at all times.

Rooms found excessively dirty or requiring professional cleaning may attract additional cleaning charges.
- —Keep beds, cupboards, study tables, and personal spaces organized.
- —Dispose of waste only in designated dustbins.
- —Avoid accumulation of leftover food, garbage, or unhygienic items.
- —Maintain washroom cleanliness where attached washrooms are provided.
- —Cooperate with housekeeping staff during room cleaning schedules.
- —Litter inside rooms or corridors.
- —Store spoiled food or items causing foul odor.
- —Create unhygienic conditions affecting roommates or neighboring residents.
3. Respect Towards Roommates
Residents sharing rooms are expected to:
Any form of harassment, bullying, intimidation, or repeated disturbance towards roommates will not be tolerated.
- —Respect each other's privacy and personal belongings.
- —Maintain reasonable noise levels.
- —Coordinate lighting, AC usage, and room schedules mutually.
- —Avoid arguments, disturbance, or disruptive behavior.
- —Seek roommate consent before inviting permitted visitors into the room.
4. Noise & Quiet Hours
To maintain a peaceful residential environment:
Management reserves the right to take action in case of repeated disturbance complaints.
- —Loud music, shouting, gaming noise, or speaker usage at high volume is prohibited.
- —Quiet hours must be maintained especially during nighttime and early morning hours.
- —Residents should avoid loud phone conversations inside shared rooms or corridors.
5. Care of Furniture & Fixtures
Residents are responsible for maintaining all room assets in good condition, including:

Any repair or replacement cost due to negligence or misuse shall be recoverable from the concerned resident(s).
- —Beds and mattresses
- —Cupboards and locks
- —Study tables and chairs
- —AC units and remotes
- —Curtains, lights, switches, and fittings
- —Damage walls, furniture, or fittings
- —Paste stickers, nails, or permanent materials on walls
- —Shift furniture without permission
- —Tamper with electrical or plumbing systems
6. Electrical Appliance Usage
For safety and operational reasons, residents must use only approved electrical appliances.
Strictly Prohibited Inside Rooms:
Residents must switch off electrical appliances, lights, fans, geysers, and ACs while leaving the room.

- —Induction cooktops
- —Heaters and coils
- —Unauthorized irons or heavy electrical equipment
- —Open flame devices or combustible materials
7. Food & Dining Etiquette
Residents are requested to:
Taking cafeteria utensils or common dining items to rooms without permission is prohibited.

- —Tamper with smoke detectors or safety equipment

- —Store hazardous or flammable items inside rooms
10. Prohibited Activities Inside Rooms
The following activities are strictly prohibited:
Serious violations may result in penalties, disciplinary action, or termination of residency.
