Advance Notice: We do not accept any notice period for vacating the property. In such cases, it is important to note that the full amount will be charged as a penalty. Short Notice Cancellations: Cancellations made before check-in date will incur a 100% fee deduction, and will get deducted from the initial amount paid. No-shows: Failure to arrive on your scheduled check-in date without prior notification will be considered a no-show, and no refund will be provided.

Partial Refunds: Partial refunds may be considered on a case-by-case basis for cancellations made outside of the stipulated notice periods, subject to management discretion. Non-refundable Charges: Please note that any service charges or processing fees applied at the time of booking are non-refundable.

Initiation: All refund requests must be submitted in writing via email to info@ashrayliving.com with the subject line "Refund Request - [Guest Name] - [Booking ID]." Review Time: Please allow us 48 hours to process your request. We will review the circumstances of your cancellation to determine refund eligibility. Refund Method: Approved refunds will be processed to the original method of payment unless otherwise specified or agreed upon. Refund Timeframe: Once approved, refunds may take up to 24 hours(BANKING DAYS/HOURS) to reflect in your account, depending on your bank or payment service provider.
